Implementation profile

La Para Nail Lounge: booking and store operations in one tenant.

La Para is used as a real operating profile for Parlora’s nail-lounge workflow, including services, appointments, staff assignment and studio-specific payroll rules.

In plain language

This page documents implemented workflow, not a quantified performance case study. No revenue, conversion or no-show improvement is claimed until a measured reporting period and customer approval are available.

Nail-lounge service model

Appointments retain service, duration, price and assigned staff information.

Tenant-specific operations

La Para data and configuration stay scoped to its own studio tenant.

Payroll rule snapshots

Commission and payment-fee rules can be stored with transaction records so later changes do not rewrite history.

01

What has been configured

The implementation includes a hosted booking route, service catalog, staff and appointment records, operating dashboard, Google Calendar connection points, reminders and a La Para-specific simple accounts and payroll configuration.

02

What the next case-study version should measure

A future verified study should compare a defined period before and after rollout using booking completion, staff administration time, reminder delivery, no-show rate and repeat-visit rate. Those numbers should only be published with the studio’s approval.
